All All-Inclusive plans (Starter, Growth, Business and Enterprise) include exactly the same features: over 35 HR tools with no limits. The only difference is the number of employees.
What's the difference between Time Tracking and All-Inclusive?
The Time Tracking plan covers the essentials: clock-ins, shifts, leave, documents and reports. The All-Inclusive plans add performance evaluations, objectives, training (LMS), recruitment, surveys, onboarding, gamification, project management and much more.
What happens if I exceed my plan's employee range?
You simply move to the next plan. For example, if you're on Starter (1–25) and hire employee 26, you'd move to Growth (26–50). The change is immediate and seamless.
Can I start with Time Tracking and upgrade later?
Yes, you can start with Time Tracking and switch to any All-Inclusive plan at any time. The transition is instant and you keep all your data.
Is there a special offer for small businesses?
Yes. The Time Tracking plan offers a special rate of €39.90 per year for companies with up to 5 employees. This offer applies only to the Time Tracking plan.
Does TalentHQ comply with the GDPR?
Yes, Talentohq.com is fully GDPR and LOPD compliant. Our software is hosted on secure servers in Germany, ensuring top-tier data security and privacy for all our clients.

Are there any limits on the usage of TalentoHQ?
All plans offer unlimited usage of all included features. The only optional restrictions are storage space for documents and the number of AI messages. You can easily increase those limits with a small additional payment if needed. Both file uploads and AI usage are entirely optional.
