TalentoHQ was born after the acquisition of Happy Mood Score, a web application that over its 12-year lifespan offered more than 1,000 companies a simple and efficient way to manage employee engagement. Happy Mood Score developed a proprietary system for measuring and tracking workplace climate, employee feedback, and peer-to-peer rewards.
TalentoHQ was created to improve and complement the entire talent management process that HMS already offered. TalentoHQ is a full-featured HR platform that builds on everything HMS developed and takes it further.
