Can third parties such as suppliers or customers submit reports?

Yes. The law allows anyone with a connection to the organization to submit a report: current employees, former employees, job candidates, suppliers, subcontractors, customers, or anyone who has become aware of an irregularity in a work or professional context.

How is the reporter's anonymity guaranteed?
